Job Description
As a UI/UX Designer at ProperWeb Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface design for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with our development and design teams to ensure that our products deliver an exceptional user experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree
3+ years of experience in the same field

- Design and Prototyping:
- Create engaging and user-friendly designs for web and mobile applications, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Develop high-fidelity visual designs that align with client requirements and project goals.
- User Research and Analysis:
- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user needs and behaviors.
- Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions and improve user experience.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet project objectives.
- Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively, incorporating feedback and making adjustments as needed.
- Design Implementation:
- Ensure that designs are implemented accurately and consistently across different platforms and devices.
- Collaborate with developers to address design-related issues and ensure a smooth transition from design to development.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and deliverables.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Requirements and skills:
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript,React JS) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for design excellence.
