Job Summary
Based remotely or at our companys Broomfield, CO headquarters, the Sr. Coordinator of TA International programs will be contributing to the day-to-day operations of the international recruiting team. This role will take direction from the International Program Specialists on multiple programs including, H2B, J-1, J-1 Work & Travel, J-1 Intern Program, Part-time J-1s, Canadian recruiting, and more. This role will be responsible for assisting in building the framework, workflow, rollout, and execution of multiple international programs

Job Responsibilities
Participate in TA international program management team developing SOPs, KPIs, and performance management for enterprise recruitment programs.
Support the building of framework, workflow, rollout, and execution of multiple projects and programs in support of diverse recruiting across the enterprise.
Report and analyze program metrics inclusive of ensuring programs meet the needs of the business and are optimized/ enhanced based on metric guidance.
Identify enterprise-wide program needs, help create business cases for new programs, support the development of new programs, and operate daily tasks associated with the program after launch.
Utilize multiple tools such as applicant tracking system workflow, knowledge management database and reporting platforms.
Partner with business managers and J-1 sponsor companies to execute successful J-1 work & travel recruiting and onboarding processes.
Adopt a team environment and a strong service culture that ensures delivery of accurate and quality-driven service to multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Optimize resource utilization in response to business needs.
Prepare and execute J-1 hiring events.
