Job Summary
As a recognized expert in Talent Management (TM), the Senior Analyst, Talent Management will have primary responsibility for the development and execution of company-wide TM programs, processes, reporting and administration

Job Responsibilities
Develops TM approaches that use an effective and efficient set of solution elements that will drive the Talent Strategies developed by the business functions and articulate a common TM strategy based on Vail Resorts Talent Philosophy.
Collaborates with broader HR team to deliver enterprise-wide TM programs and processes.
Design and deliver Talent metrics, analytics and reporting for executive summaries and enterprise-wide insights.
Serves as the primary person responsible for design and execution of talent management processes, including project management, training, Tier 2 support, reporting and metrics.
Administration of TM-related software platforms and tools.
Administration of TM and Talent Development budget maintaining budget tracking, chargebacks, and monthly budget forecasting.

Qualification
Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business, Organizational Development or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in Human Resources or a related field preferred

Experience in Human Resources or a related field preferred
