Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Director, ITRM
In this role, you will demonstrate integrity, values, principles, and work ethic and lead by example and make a positive contribution.
Responsibilities Lead IT General controls and Cyber Security Projects: Oversee and conduct evaluations and audits of IT general controls as part of SOX 404, SSAE 18, or ICFR assessments, following COSO, NIST, COBIT and other leading frameworks. Focus on control automations and technology embedment as a part of the control assessment procedure.
Client Relationships: Take a leading role in building and maintaining strong relationships and communication with both internal and external clients. Liaise with, and guide senior management and the stakeholders about the current and potential risks in IT domain through reports, documentation and presentations periodically
Meeting client business objectives: Will independently work with the customers to understand expectations, control lapses in IT landscape. Attend meetings with senior management of the client to understand their business objectives, assignment mandate, challenges etc.
Project Leadership: Take a lead role in project planning, management, quality control, economics, and billing.
Support Business development: Support business development activities across IT Risk management domain for new clients and support mining and business expansion of existing client accounts of Genpact. Build proposals and Point of Views (POVs) for specific client challenges and opportunities
Recruitment and Retention: Assist in the recruitment and retention of skilled professionals.
New solution development: Study market trends, evaluate new growth avenues for IT control enhancements and implement the learnings into the risk management processes of the company
Technology partnerships: Build partnerships with leading tool developers with an intent to collaborate and expand the client offering portfolio of the organization
Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications / skills MBA in Finance / Accounting / IT / Information security and or CA/CPA/CIA/CISA/CISSP
Preferred qualifications / skills IT Risk Management: Skilled in evaluating technology risks and controls, including access management, change management, and IT operations (OS, databases, networks, cybersecurity, IT frameworks).
Auditing Expertise: Strong background in IT audits and internal control risk assessment
Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of at least one industry: Financial Services, Technology, Media & Telecom, Life Sciences & Health Care, Energy & Resources, or Consumer & Industrial Products. Experiences in new age businesses, such as technology enabled companies or e-commerce, or online aggregators is a must.
Leadership Experience: Proven track record in leading engagements and managing teams. Prior experience in conducting IT audits for GCC/ GBS preferred
Consulting Skills: Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Task Management: Ability to prioritize, manage multiple assignments, navigate ambiguity, and work independently or as part of a team.
Client-Centric: Exceptional client service skills with the ability to understand and meet client needs and expectations.
Project Management: Strong skills in project planning, quality management, economic oversight, and billing.
Big Four experience preferred
Ability to work in global delivery mechanisms

Infact, it would be demeaning to call them Leaders, as they do not believe in nurturing people, rather they act like Bosses, micromanaging everyone and always favouring their favourite people who actually do a Yes-man job.
