Process Developer - Accounts Payable

Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer Accounts Payable

We are looking for professionals of Accounts Payable having relevant experience in JD Edwards/ Concur/ Ariba /SAP .

Responsibilities

• Creating payment proposals of various methods like ACH, Wires and Cheques

• Execute scheduled payment runs

• Seek necessary approvals for releasing payments

• Perform quality check and ensure accuracy to outcome

• Resolve any payment exceptions and blocked items in proposal

• Maintain exception logs for process related exception as and when they occur for knowledge retention

• Independently perform transactional tasks which support the compliance, planning and execution of assigned processes.

• Prepare and complete SOP s or Process manual as per Process requirements

• Adhere the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities

• Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices handled as per the guidelines

• Manage business and internal queries received from Supply chain/ Finance functions

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

• Graduate in Commerce ( B. Com )

• Relevant work experience on Accounts payable transactional activities

• Strong English language skills ( verbal and written)
  

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience in Accounts Payable tasks delivery , Reconciliations

• Good typing speed, to handle and manage communications with External and internal stakeholders

• Ability to handle and work indep en dently on AP Transactional process s

• Good understanding of MS office-MS Excel experience is must to have .
