Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Order to Cash – Disputes! We are looking for someone with deep understanding and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. Solving queries related to Claims and coordinating with customer. Responsibilities • Manage the OTC Claims portfolio and maintain strong customer relations. • Respond to customer emails related to payment / dispute status. • Determine if the disputes are valid and issue credit memos (If valid dispute) • File Claim of payment in customer Portals if Disputes are invalid. • Process & match CSBs • Raise workflow request to Claims Team for investigation, coordinate, check status and close disputes. • Manage deductions: classify, split, deduct from invoices, register claims. • Contact customers regarding rejections • Review disputed reasons such as pricing, shortages, damages, rebates, co-ops and returns. • Handle order release based on the criteria. • Analyze customer we pay and deduct customers to initiate payments. • Obtain data from customers, freight forwarders and business units. • Handle order release task • Co-ordinate with collections/ Cash Apps to seek and provide details. • Investigate on disputed lines and provide the documentation. • Obtain documentation to support Business's position on invoices which are disputed and prepare necessary documentation to rebill customers. • Should be able to independently manage assigned targets for calls & aged AR claims. • Should be able to speak to the US based clients to discuss the input and resolve any queries for disputes. • Research any full open invoices which customers have disputed. • Support team priorities and initiatives and effectively manage workload. • Assist in SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) creation and updating. • Deliver the required data for audit purposes. • Ensure Key Metric’s are met, and service is delivered to end users as expected. • Daily usage of client’s tools for the assigned activities • Implement improvements to current processes. • Customer and Country/Regional Stakeholder Relationship Management through e-mail and conference calls. • Lead and participate in conference calls with Country / Regional Financial Managers. • Participate in governance meetings at country / region level.
Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications • B. Com Graduate or equivalent experience • Relevant domain experience. • Prior work experience. • System proficiency in MS Office Tools especially with MS Excel • Experience in working on SAP. • Excellent communication & presentation skills • Customer service orientation • Problem solving and decision-making ability. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Ability to work effectively under pressure. • Bias for action (focus on results and use of intelligent risk taking) • Team Alignment (team player; supports and respects others) • Accountability and responsibility (personally driving change and using operational discipline to deliver on the promise)
Preferred Qualifications /Skills • Ability to work with various IT applications (PEGA, HRC, reporting tools, etc.)
