Inviting applications for the role of Business Training & Call Quality, Management Trainee Customer Service
In this role, you will support the overall organization s strategy and help the business grow through its training and call quality improvement initiatives, and develop and handle performance of the training and quality team .
Responsibilities
Conduct training needs assessments to identify knowledge gaps and areas for employee development
Design and develop comprehensive training programs, including curriculum creation, choosing appropriate delivery methods (e.g., classroom instruction, e-learning modules, on-the-job training)
Manage and coach internal training staff, providing guidance and support to enhance their delivery skills
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics and feedback mechanisms
Collaborate with various departments (e.g., HR, Operations) to align training initiatives with overall business objectives
Deliver training sessions effectively, utilizing strong adult learning principles and engaging instructional techniques
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications/ Skills
Bachelors degree (Any)
Should have been a part of the training and or quality function or holding a training and quality assurance experience.
Good communication skills, should be in a position to handle multiple stakeholders.
Should be able to mentor & coach the Quality Analysts and Trainers
Self-starter & strong people connect
Preferred Qualifications/ SkillsExperience in supporting Tech/ Semi Tech processes (preferred)
Good excel & PPT skills

Nothing. It was the biggest mistake of my life that I joined genpact.
Work culture, toxicity, no work life balance and no professionalism, not safe for girls, male employees harrase female employees and when female employees go and complaint about it, management blames it on them instead of investigating it.
