Job Description
- The role will also be responsible for strategic work, partnering with business procurement operations team and functional leadership team to make transformative changes to the process and system. A key skill set will be the ability to take Procure to Pay process concepts and end states and bring them to life within the platform.
- Responsibilities:
- Create Global /Regional bids folder in SharePoint/Teams per standard file structure
- Basic market research supplier identification, global footprint, etc.
- Prepare and publish updates to event scope loaded in the RFX Tool
- Survey Regional/Metro Coverage and available capacity to support RFx requirements, collect and analyze data of new suppliers)
- Data analysis and interpretation (Executive summaries, etc.)
- Creation, tracking and updating of documents and communication logs.
- Track SLAs and KPIs for supplier performance monitoring
- Qualification we seek in you
- Minimum Qualification
- Any Graduate
- Preferred Skill Set
- This person will need to have both strong technical and systems skills while also having an analytical/process driven mind.
- Strong in interpersonal skills to frontend the business customers
- Experience with Coupa systems and process Certification on Coupa platform will be an advantage
- Technical degree from the accredited college / university

Lot of politics, work exploitation, low salary, no recognition, one female director from Mumbai is torturous lady to deal with, she will not let you live in peace, disproportionate benefits to people who 👅 —- of superiors in the organisation. No one wants to stay here for long. Gurgaon India office is the worst place to work ever.
