Manager, Supply Chain Planning

Inviting applications for the role of Manager, Supply Chain Planning
We are looking for a Supply Chain Management expert who would be responsible for supply chain delivery & domain expertise, delivering analytics and reporting projects.

Responsibilities
Focused on solving Supply planning problems for CPG / Consumer Electronics industries
Apply domain experience (supply chain), analytical skills to conceptualize and create and implement solution prototypes around Demand planning, Demand allocation, DRP, MPS, Capacity Planning, Production Scheduling, MRP, replenishment planning
Design Supply Chain Analytical solutions Define KPIs and metrics and develop BI solutions
Handle large datasets Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using statistical techniques and generate actionable insights
Work closely with global client s multiple cross-functional teams to identify business needs, requirements and prioritize needs
Participate in client meetings, workshops and understand supply chain situation/issues

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications/Skills
MBA/M Tech Industrial Engineering or Management /PG in Engineering or Statistics /optimization domain
Relevant strong work experience in Supply Chain
Exposure in ERPs SAP, JDE, Oracle, etc.
Hands-on experience in Supply Chain areas like Demand Planning, Forecasting, Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Material Planning
Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Applications - Excellent MS excel, PowerPoint skills is a must
Good team player and ability to manage large teams
Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines and in demanding situations
Good communication and negotiation skills
Good understanding of BI Tools Tableau/Power BI
Preferred Qualifications/skills
Good knowledge of various statistical forecasting and inventory optimization techniques
Has done modeling work for solving core business issues using forecasting, predictive modeling, Machine learning/python / R
Proficient in BI Tools Tableau/Power BI
Worked on Digital Transformation (data strategy incl orchestration, Governance, Architecture, BI to build reporting/insights/analytics factory)
Designed Analytical solution either around Demand Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, Network Planning, Capacity Planning
Certifications like CPIM / CSCP
