I nviting applications for the role of Vice President- Client Value Lead , Lean Digital Transformation
In this role, you will be responsible for owning the transformation agenda across units, to deliver value for clients by ensuring adherence to Value Generation Roadmaps, Leading Value Council discussions and ongoing delivery of LDT projects as per methodology , along with managing a team of MBB s and BB s . Also, you would be responsible for delivering Corporate LDT frameworks and corporate program dissemination within the units.
You must be curious and courageous to challenge the status quo with an eye for detail.
You should be comfortable working with cross functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Program lead the governance of transformation and continuous improvement roadmap across Units/Segments
- Lead Value Councils for evaluating projects completed in the Units/Segments
- Setup/Run governance for target delivery across Units/Segments
- Support Vertical LDT Leaders in delivering organizational value imperatives.
- Actively participate in developing and maintenance of LDT Frameworks for the organization
- Manage a team of Master Black Belts and Black Belts to deliver on priorities.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
- Certified Master Black Belt (GE/Genpact)
- Graduate, preferably - MBA or an Engineering background or any other disciplines with Analytical / Statistics/ Digital
- Result oriented, Works with speed to translate strategy into measurable and achieve results.
- Incessant Curiosity question the status quo, find ways to make things better, probing, and analytical ability.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Has prior experience of working in global cross functional teams and with senior business partners
- Financial acumen - Understands commercial aspects and can build a business case for change delivering significant value impacting B/S or P/L
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
- Has managed a team of managers/ senior managers, preferred.
- Must be flexible with work timings.
