Inviting applications for the role of Technical Associate Services Delivery
Responsibilities
Develop, schedule, and oversee DR tests, including tabletop exercises, failover tests, and full-scale simulations.
Define test objectives , scope, and scenarios in collaboration with IT teams and business units.
Evaluate DR systems, processes, and infrastructure during testing to identify gaps or inefficiencies.
Coordinate across departments, external vendors, and stakeholders for seamless test execution.
Communicate test outcomes, recommendations, and action plans to leadership and key stakeholders.
Maintain detailed records of test plans, scenarios, outcomes, and lessons learned.
Review and update the organization s DR plans based on test findings or organizational changes.
Ensure testing aligns with compliance requirements and industry standards.
Support audit activities related to disaster recovery and business continuity testing.
Develop and maintain a centralized knowledge repository for disaster recovery plans, procedures, and key organizational information.
Ensure the repository is accessible, up-to-date, and user-friendly.
Create and maintain documentation, including DR policies, SOPs, FAQs, and user guides.
Standardize content to ensure consistency and accuracy across all knowledge assets.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science.
Ensure testing aligns with compliance requirements and industry standards.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Good communication skills
Excellent coordination skills
