Job Description
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Electronics or allied fields.
- 4+ years of experience in Physical Design methodology and library validation.
- Work within the Design Enablement team for Physical Design flow and library validation.
- Perform RTL to GDS2 integration validation of test blocks implemented with different standard cell architectures, macros, and across various technologies.
- Validate sign-off flows including STA, DRC, LVS, and PEX.
- Ensure smooth integration of std-cell libraries and EDA views (lib, lef, ndm, timing) in the context of the physical design flow.
- Validate Floorplan, Placement, Routing , and Sign-off verification .
- Perform debugging and root cause analysis.
- Good overall understanding of VLSI digital Physical Design methodology .
- Experience in Floorplan, Placement, Routing, and Sign-off verification (STA, DRC, LVS).
- Deep understanding of std-cell libraries and EDA views (lib, lef, ndm, timing).
- Experience with technology nodes (22, 16, 5 nm).
- Proficiency with Synopsys and Cadence PnR tools .
- Strong debugging and root cause analysis skills.
- Conceptual understanding of STA, Power/IREM analysis .
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Accurate validation of RTL to GDS2 integration within project timelines.
- Successful sign-off flow validation with minimal issues.
- Effective debugging and analysis of Physical Design flows and libraries.
