Job Title: Airline Voice Process Associate

Salary: ₹40,000 CTC

Working Days: 5-day work week with rotational shifts (Night shifts for males, Early morning shifts for females)

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from airline passengers.
• Assist with flight bookings, ticket cancellations, rescheduling, baggage inquiries, and other related services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience in the travel industry (airline, car rental, hotel reservations, train services, etc.) within a BPO setting is required.
• Skills: Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Education: Graduates only.
• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
