Role Description
As a Business Development Associate at Genesis Tech Engineers Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to grow our client portfolio and promote our MEP services to a global market. The ideal candidate for this position should possess in-depth knowledge of MEP system design across various industries and have a keen understanding of the semiconductor sector. Your responsibilities will include identifying and cultivating business opportunities, building relationships with clients from diverse fields, and promoting our services worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Market Research : Conduct thorough research to identify potential clients and industries where our MEP services can make a significant impact.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients across the globe, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Sales and Proposals : Develop and present proposals that showcase the value of our MEP services to clients, collaborating with technical teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Industry Knowledge : Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, with a particular focus on the semiconductor sector and MEP system design for various fields.
- Networking : Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand our network and create opportunities for business development.
- Global Expansion : Identify and pursue international opportunities to expand our client base globally.
- Client Satisfaction : Ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded, collaborating with our technical teams to deliver high-quality services.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of MEP system design, with a focus on the semiconductor sector and experience in other industries mentioned.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the MEP or related industries.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
