Job Description

Purpose of the role

Role is of a D&T manager. The responsibilities include Lead and manage product and IT project deliveries of NAR logistics Transportation, Inventory management and Customer Fulfillment processes also called LCF . Be a D&T Partner and lead D&T engagement in projects with key stakeholders. Champion and execute early project governance actions for key projects, Be part of solutioning and lead the Product team from India. Collaborate with cross functional teams in D&T to deliver and maintain/enhance solutions. Assume SAP Application and solutioning leadership with SAP SD, MM and Logistics skills. Lead, Mentor and develop team to build LCF solutioning capabilities within the India Team. Ability to work and develop junior consultants to deliver projects in a global delivery model. Develop close partnership with business users, product Leads, process leads to truly understand needs and facilitate connections to ensure end to end solution thus ensuring Information Technology solutions meet their requirements and driving technology initiatives to enhance their operations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with Stakeholders to align with the overall objectives. Identify opportunities for technology solutions that can drive efficiency and effectiveness in these functions.
  • Requirements Gathering: Work closely with Business and key stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize technology requirements, Projects and other Prioritized User stories. Ensure Team follows agile methodology and agile stories are maintained and team follows JIRA/ADO processes.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate IT projects related LCF processes.
  • Solution Development: Work with D&T extended teams and extended business teams to understand challenges faced by business and suggest technology solutions that meet business needs.
  • Art of What s Possible: Bring the outside in perspective to build future capabilities for the functions you are supporting. This will require you to have external connects and continuous learning to bring the ideas to change the ways of working for line of business. Outcome being a clear roadmap for the function.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Full Time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory).
  • Self-starter with experience leading through ambiguous projects & tasks.
  • Providing guidance & work direction to project team members and ensuring adherence to project schedules.
  • Ability to work with and manage stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
  • Ability to convert business challenges into technical solutions.
  • Working with global teams in matrix organization
  • Ability to build local and global relationships across boundaries.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks on tight deadlines.
  • Agile in understanding and proposing solutions.
  • Ability to build relationships across functions.
  • Understanding of processes and methodologies in SAP technology
  • 9 years or more of SAP Sales & Distribution, Logistics with experience including configuration, project implementations.
  • 1-2 Full-life cycle SAP implementation experience.
  • Knowledge on S/4HANA implementation
  • PMP/PMI or SCRUM certification
  • Have managed a team of 5+ people earlier.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 9+ years of related experience, have led a team of atleast 5+ People
  • Technical expertise in driving business problems
  • FMCG/CPG experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
  • Track record as a strong team player with effective teamwork and communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills can deal and communicate effectively in English (both in writing and verbally) with systems colleagues and business users.
  • An analytical, methodical, logical approach to problem solving, employing innovative approaches to business and technical challenges.
  • Structured and self-disciplined approach to working can work on own initiative.
  • Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • Time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple conflicting activities.
  • Sound business judgment.
  • Willingness to continue learning to expand and build on skill sets.
