Rahee is keen to induct a General Manager Projects at our Corporate Office, Kolkata handling Bridge division.

Ideal candidate needs to be B.Tech/M.Tech Civil.

Experience required from the following :

- Experience of Bridge construction as PM or above.

- Experience of handling more than 1 projects at a time.

- Should be able to manage 8-10 projects on day to day execution.

- CTC will not be a constraint for the right candidate.

- Relevant candidates with BRIDGE experience may directly apply.

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented General Manager - Projects to lead and oversee the execution of bridge construction projects within the company. T

- he successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Project Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Oversee all aspects of project execution, including site supervision, quality control, safety management, and coordination with subcontractors.

- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve potential issues proactively, and ensure timely completion within budget and scope.

Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of project engineers, site supervisors, and other personnel.

- Foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Delegate tasks effectively and provide necessary support to team members.

- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.

- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, regular project updates, and proactive issue resolution.

- Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new project opportunities.

- Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients. Technical Expertise: Possess in-depth knowledge of bridge construction methodologies, materials, and industry best practices. Stay abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies.

- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and quality standards. Conduct regular safety audits and implement necessary corrective actions.

- Qualifications: Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience:

- Minimum 6+ years of experience in bridge construction projects.

- Proven experience as a Project Manager or above on multiple bridge construction projects.

- Demonstrated ability to manage 8-10 projects concurrently.

Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6). Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
