AGM/GM - Industrial Catering Ops. - Pan India

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance catering operations, improve customer satisfaction, and increase revenue.
• Catering Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day management of catering operations, including menu planning, food production, and service delivery.
• Quality Control: Ensure high-quality food and beverage services, adhering to IRCTC's quality standards and food safety regulations.
• Supply Chain Management: Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of ingredients, equipment, and services.
• Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for catering operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and revenue growth.
• Team Management: Lead and manage a team of catering professionals, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and performance.
• Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, responding to passenger feedback and complaints, and implementing corrective actions to improve services.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with IRCTC policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including food safety and hygiene standards.
• Innovation: Encourage innovation and experimentation in catering operations, introducing new menu items, services, and technologies to enhance customer experience.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including railway officials, Litchen Team, suppliers, and customers, to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
