General Manager- Luxury Sales

About the Team:

At NoBroker Builder Channel, we are committed to providing an end-to-end seamless experience for future homeowners. Our Client Advisors have gone above and beyond to help over 3,000 families find their perfect home. We currently cater to six major geographies: Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, NCR, and Chennai.

We are in the process of building a Luxury Business team that will focus on the 5 crore+ segment in primary sales. We are looking for an Associate Director to join us, set up processes, and take this initiative forward.

About the Role:

• Set up various channels and partnerships to gain access to the client base and start generating leads.
• Meet with wealth management firms to onboard them for enhanced lead generation, and conduct continuous follow-up meetings to establish rapport and maintain coordination.
• Benchmark best practices from other players/competitors and incorporate them into our processes.
• Conduct market sizing of the luxury segment in both existing and new geographies, and build targets accordingly.
• Establish the luxury vertical presence through brochures, luxury decks, landing pages, etc. Collaborate with the product/tech team to build an online presence.
• Close initial deals and create a playbook to be followed moving forward. Drive monthly growth and ensure consistent business expansion.
• Once processes are set and leads start flowing, build a team of Client Advisors and nurture them into seasoned experts through hands-on training.
• Review leads with the team on a case-by-case basis, tracking dispositions such as intent, visit stage, etc.
• Bring innovative ideas to the table to drive impactful change.

The luxury team will consist of Sales Representatives who will be role models for others due to their assertiveness, quick thinking, and composure qualities essential for dealing with high-value clients. The candidate will play a key role in sowing the seeds for this teams success.
