General Manager - Hospitality

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee the operations of our residency/hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of experience in hotel or serviced apartment management, with a strong background in operations, guest experience, financial performance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all departments (front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, maintenance, and security).
• Implement and maintain SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to uphold service excellence.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle escalations to enhance the overall experience.

2. Financial & Business Strategy

• Develop and execute annual budgets, financial plans, and revenue strategies.
• Monitor P&L statements, cost control, and revenue generation.
• Implement strategies to increase occupancy, maximize revenue, and optimize operational costs.

3. Sales & Marketing

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
• Build partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and online booking platforms to drive business.
• Oversee brand positioning and digital marketing initiatives.

4. Team Leadership & HR Management

• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Ensure employee engagement, retention, and a positive work culture.
• Monitor performance and provide coaching and feedback.

5. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, licensing requirements, and safety protocols.
• Oversee risk management, health, and hygiene standards.
• Implement sustainability initiatives and best practices in the industry.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Bachelors/Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
✅ 15-20 years of experience in residency/hotel management, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role.
✅ Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and financial planning.
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
✅ Experience with PMS (Property Management Systems) & CRM tools.
✅ Ability to drive guest satisfaction, profitability, and team performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in luxury or extended-stay residency management.
• Strong connections in the hospitality industry for business growth.
