✅ Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and financial planning.
✅ Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
✅ Experience with PMS (Property Management Systems) & CRM tools.
✅ Ability to drive guest satisfaction, profitability, and team performance.
