1.Sales Strategy & Execution:Independently drive sales and marketing efforts across India.Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the process industry.
2.Customer Management:Actively reach out to potential customers and nurture relationships.Serve as an account manager for the existing customer base, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
3.Collaboration with Principal Partners:Engage with foreign principal partners to understand their solutions and represent their products in the Indian market.Promote and sell market-leading solutions offered by principal partners.Maintain strong relationships with principal partners and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
4.Product Expertise:Provide technical expertise and guidance on products such as biogas leak detectors, internal columns, reactor separators, and mist eliminators.Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions tailored to their needs.
5.Tendering & Estimation:Participate in tendering processes, including preparing bids and proposals.Perform accurate cost estimation and pricing to maximize profitability while meeting customer expectations.
6.Collaboration & Reporting:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
