Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management, business leaders, and stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs.
• Identify, define, and track product-related KPIs to measure success and drive data-informed decisions.
• Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to enhance visibility into product performance, feature adoption, and business outcomes.
• Work with data teams to ensure accurate data sourcing, integration, and consistency for product-related analytics.
• Utilize tools like Jira, Aha!, ADO, and other product management platforms to extract and analyse key metrics.
• Support strategic product initiatives by providing insights on market trends, customer feedback, and operational efficiencies.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes and improve data accessibility for product teams.
• Drive alignment between product strategy and business intelligence to ensure data-driven prioritization and decision-making.

Desired Characteristics & Expertise

• 5 to 8 years of experience in product management, product analytics, or business intelligence for product teams.
• Hands-on experience with full product lifecycle management, from ideation to go-to-market execution.
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Experience in working with product management tools like Jira, Aha!, ADO, and others.
• Proven track record of working with product KPIs and translating them into actionable insights.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to bridge the gap between data and business needs.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and meaningful way.
• Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and ability to drive initiatives independently.
