Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management business leaders and stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs.

• Identify define and track product-related KPIs to measure success and drive data-informed decisions.

• Develop reporting frameworks and dashboards to enhance visibility into product performance feature adoption and business outcomes.

• Work with data teams to ensure accurate data sourcing integration and consistency for product-related analytics.

• Utilize tools like Jira Aha! ADO and other product management platforms to extract and analyse key metrics.

• Support strategic product initiatives by providing insights on market trends customer feedback and operational efficiencies.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting processes and improve data accessibility for product teams.

• Drive alignment between product strategy and business intelligence to ensure data-driven prioritization and decision-making.

Desired Characteristics & Expertise

• 5 to 8 years of experience in product management product analytics or business intelligence for product teams.

• Hands-on experience with full product lifecycle management from ideation to go-to-market execution.

• Strong understanding of product management methodologies frameworks and best practices.

• Experience in working with product management tools like Jira Aha! ADO and others.

• Proven track record of working with product KPIs and translating them into actionable insights.

• Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to bridge the gap between data and business needs.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and meaningful way.

• Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset and ability to drive initiatives independently.
