Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented SEO Specialist to work closely with our diverse range of clients, helping them enhance their online visibility and achieve their growth objectives. In this client-facing role, you will leverage your technical expertise, analytical mindset, and communication skills to deliver data-driven SEO strategies that elevate our clients digital presence, drive organic traffic, and improve search rankings.

*Roles and Responsibilities:*

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary SEO contact for assigned clients, understanding their business goals, target audiences, and brand voice. Communicate SEO recommendations, progress, and insights to clients in a clear, compelling manner. Collaborate with clients to set KPI-driven objectives, ensure alignment on strategies, and provide regular performance reports.

SEO Strategy & Execution: Develop comprehensive, tailored SEO roadmaps to improve clients search engine rankings and increase organic traffic. Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical audits to identify opportunities and address potential issues. Execute on-page and off-page SEO optimizations, including refining site architecture, improving metadata, and overseeing backlink strategies

Technical & Analytical Excellence: Perform periodic technical audits to enhance site performance, mobile-friendliness, and Core Web Vitals. Use data-driven insights from tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to guide decision-making. Continuously monitor key metrics and troubleshoot drops in performance, delivering timely and actionable recommendations.

Staying Current & Innovative: Keep abreast of the latest algorithmic updates, industry trends, and best practices to provide cutting-edge SEO solutions. Proactively identify new growth opportunities and innovative tactics to improve client outcomes.

Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with cross-functional teams including content, design, and development on behalf of clients to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all aspects of their digital strategies. Maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach to overcome challenges and deliver exceptional client experiences.

Minimum 2-7 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a client-facing environment.
Demonstrated success in managing and executing on complex SEO projects for various clients.
Solid understanding of HTML, metadata, redirects, sitemaps, and the technical foundation of SEO.
Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations and strategies.
Proficiency with industry-standard tools (Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console).
Advanced Excel skills and comfort with large data sets.
Experience with SEM is a plus.
