Junior Financial Analyst

1. Reporting:
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including MIS reports, financial projections, and project profitability reports.
• Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of reports to stakeholders.
2. Data Coordination & Reconciliation:
• Collaborate with various teams to collect, validate, and reconcile data.
• Address discrepancies and ensure data integrity across all reporting formats.
• Work closely with the finance and project teams for seamless operations.
3. Research:
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends and benchmarks.
4. Tools & Technology Utilization:
• Leverage Excel and Google Sheets for advanced data analysis, reporting, and automation.
• Utilize tools like ChatGPT for quick insights, draft preparations, and creative brainstorming.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, formulas, automation, and charts.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau (preferred but optional).
• Basic understanding of financial reporting and projections.
• Exposure to data analytics concepts such as data cleaning, wrangling, and summarizing large datasets.
• Basic knowledge of SQL to extract and analyze data efficiently.
2. Soft Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an excellent vocabulary.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Adaptable and quick to learn new technologies or systems.
3. Other Skills:
