ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Yearly Factory License renewal arrangement and approval from IF thanjavur.
  • Factory Manpower report preparation.
  • Stationary Management issue , Maintain the stock based on requirement.
  • Employees monthly attendance LMS checking & deduction list preparation.
  • Ensure the effective functioning of time office.
  • House Keeping - Office, Workshop, Other building maintenance .
  • Canteen Administration Material purchase , Food count, Token issue,Monthly Canteen deduction report submission & Monthly canteen statement preparation.
  • Assisting in defining the rules and regulations for the conduct of personnel while on duty such as standing orders, Contract Records & Registers etc.,
  • Contractors Coordination – Problem solving , identify the workers requirements, workers wages ensuring.
  • Direct contract labour management - workers recruitment, labour payment preparation.
  • Handling Factory Employee & Contractor Labour Employee Welfare, Grievance & Follow up.
  • All transport arrangements – Factory to HO, Material collection ,Crane facility, Company Bus facility
  • All transport maintenance – Yearly FC, service, insurance follow up, etc.
  • Ayutha pooja, special pooja arrangements .
  • Security Administration like – Follow the our company security policies, Visitors security point, theft finding etc.
  • Visitors Hospitality arrangements.
  • Handle Contractor & Staff Insurance – List preparation , Daily basis addition list sent to Finance department for updation of insurance list.
  • Contractors monthly PF deduction list preparation (Contract-wise),KYC updation, loan arrangements, settlement, explain the PF norms, New addition & deletion .
  • Meeting arrangements in factory conference hall.
  • Updating Statutory Records / Registers and co-ordination with Deputy/Joint Director of Health & safety during inspection.
  • Arranging & Coordination training Programme for Employees & Contract Labours & obtaining feedback from Employees & Contract Labours for Continuous improvement.
  • Co-ordinate some Special Work like Video shot etc.

Qualifications / Requirements:

Experience : 02 -05 years

Educational Qualification : MBA (HR) / MA (HRM)

Industrial Type : Manufacturing / Industrial / Production

Function Area : HR & Administration

Gender : Male / Female

  • Ability to communicate effectively in Tamil & English
  • Good decision making skills.
  • Great negotiation skills.
  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle Conflict Management, Problem Resolution and Change Management.
  • Ability to store and record information accurately
  • Excellent organization skills and oral/written communication skills
  • Good computer related skills
  • Good social and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent consulting, diplomacy, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently
  • High level of initiative & possessing strong drive to succeed.
  • Must be available to work in a flexible work schedule.
  • Must have significant recruiter experience, in multiple recruiting environments
  • Experience in ERP is preferable.
