Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. New Product Development: Design and develop new products, including gauges, transmitters, and switches, focusing on pressure, temperature, level, and flow measurements and control.
2. Re-Engineering of Existing Products: Analyze and re-engineer current products to improve price, performance, and efficiency.
3. Reverse Engineering: Reverse engineer products to understand their design, functionality, and optimize for manufacturing and cost-effectiveness.
4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams, including mechanical design, electronics, and production, to ensure the development of high-quality products.
5. Testing and Validation: Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure that new and re-engineered products meet performance and reliability standards.

Skills and Competencies:

• New Product Development: Proven ability to develop new products from concept to production.
• 2D & 3D CAD Tools (AutoCAD preferred): Ability to work with 2D and 3D CAD tools to design and prototype components.
• Flow Measurements: Understanding of flow measurement principles and applications.
• Reverse Engineering: Strong skills in reverse engineering techniques for product optimization and redesign.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in product design and development, specifically in gauges, transmitters, or related industrial products.
• Hands-on experience with product testing and validation.
• Strong understanding of measurement and control systems.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance in industrial equipment.
