Role & responsibilities

• Manage the manufacture of new prototypes
• New Product development
• Manage your time effectively to meet deadlines
• Test new products
• Effectively manage multiple projects
• Solve any problems that occur with new designs
• Document all changes throughout project
• Research new methods of manufacture
• Make decisions based on what is necessary to achieve set goals
• Eye for detail - spot mistakes that others havent

• Must speak and be able communicate in English as well as Hindi

Preferred candidate profile

• Must have 2+ years experience in Production/R&D Engineering or equivalent
• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Subject
• Proficient in CAD software (Solid Works, Solid Edge ETC)
• Ability to operate manual turret miller/lathe beneficial
• Ability to operate 3D printer
• Technical knowledge of various manufacturing methods
• Technical knowledge of material specification
• Effective communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office applications
