Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities: PROJECT EXECUTION IN API

• Oversee site execution, including water treatment plant operations, HVAC systems, and mechanical projects.
• handling of equipments Reactors,vessels,ANFD, Centrifuges,RPHPLC,
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful API manufacturing facility setup.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements during all phases of the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement effective project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Lead project execution activities, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.

• Preparation and execution of the documentation like URS, DQ,IQ,OQ,PQ
• Should be involve and complete documentation on validation cycle
• Commissioning of the water system as per the guideline requirements
• Should be able to operate form pretreatment, Potable water, Purified water , WFI water and pure steam distributing systems
• Should be able to understanding the piping requirements and spares for the water system
• Having good communication and coordination with the CFT
• Should be able to attend meeting with the Client.
• Should be able to manage the team of Engineers and Draftsman.
• Should have drafting knowledge in AutoCAD.
• Ensure all the projects are executed within budget and planned timelines with complete handover and final signoff from end clients.
• Monitor project execution on quality, safety, timelines, and budget front. Execute Project with zero incidents and accidents.
• Coordinate with vendors, concerned team for timely delivery of equipment and materials at site for safe and timely project execution.

• Preparation and execution of the documentation like URS, DQ, IQ,OQ,PQ
• Should be involve and complete documentation on validation cycle
• Should have knowledge on AHU classifications grades as per ISO 14644 guidelines
• Should have knowledge on AHU filters codes, HEPA filters, CFM calculation, ACPH calculation, HEPA integrity test, Temperature and RH controls, Differential pressure controls
• Should have knowledge on HVAC qualification test cases like, NVPC , VPC, recovery study , air flow pattern , Fogging
• Should be able to do Heat Load Calculations, Ventilation & Life Safety Calculations.
• Should be able to do Pressure Loss Calculations, Air Balancing Calculations.
• Should have working Knowledge of Ducting/Chilled Water piping.
• HVAC BOQ, Initial & Final HVAC Cost Estimation, Cost Analysis.
• Familiar with Green building Codes
• Should be able to attend meeting with the Client.
• Should be able to manage the team of Engineers and Draftsman.
• Should have drafting knowledge in AutoCAD.
