Project Engineer

Job Description

1] Good knowledge in Drawings and able to read and understand. 2] Able to prepare BOQ/BOM, MDL/DCI, project schedule and Billing Break-up as per the P & D and Drawings 3] Preparing Purchase Requisition in SAP system 4] Sound Knowledge for Rotary & Packaged equipment like and Centrifugal Pump, AODD Pump, Agitator/Mixer, Chemical Dosing Pump Skid based Dosing System, SSF System, CDS System, CWTP and CLO2 System, etc,. 5] Sound knowledge of witness Inspection at vendor workshop, ITP/QAP/MQP related to Mechanical equipment. 6] Analyzing and resolving field issues, and maintenance issues. 7] Monitoring shop floor activities and prepare the reports. 8] Follow up to expedite material movement with close communication to vendor and purchase department to get the material on time to meet the project deadline. 9] Maintain project record for all activities like engineering, procurement, manufacturing, dispatch etc. 10] Need to attend Client review meeting / Prepare MOM 11] Internal follow up with each department and ensure smooth project execution 12] Dispatch related activity need to plan and accordingly Packing list need to prepare in detail. 13] Billing Plan need to prepare to execute the projects for timely execution and payment follow-up with client. 14] If required need to visit site for Client meeting / to resolve the site issues 15] Ability to handle individual projects up to completion and hand over the Project to client including preparing the delay analysis report.
