Deputy Manager - IR & Compliance

Person must be Ecom or Logistics 3PL background.

• Addressing employee grievances and disputes, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Advising management on labour laws, compliance requirements, and best practices in employee relations.
• Leading efforts to ensure a harmonious workplace environment and minimise labour conflicts.
• Person must be possessing collective bargaining and arbitration.
• Is to facilitate discussions between the parties, identify the underlying issues, and help to resolve conflicts in a fair and equitable manner.
• Develops schedule of audits for selected HR practices and processes to ensure compliance and identify and address potential compliance risks.
• Conducts scheduled audits and works with HR and business teams to implement the recommendations, remediation and action plans resulting from audits.
• Responsible for ensuring that the organization's HR practices adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Will play a critical role in minimizing legal risks, promoting ethical conduct, and maintaining a compliant and fair workplace.
