Role & responsibilities

Primary Role: Sales & Collection

• Channel Management and engagement
• Generating prospect base and lead conversion through marketing activities like farmer meetings, one to one contacts, exhibitions, digital campaigns
• Collecting and propagating Farmer testimonials for product VP propagation
• Handling team to execute marketing activities
• Industry: Protected farming (Products: Shadenet, Insect Net, Weed Mat, Mulch, Staking cord etc).
• Formulate fruitful business development strategies to ensure long-term success.
• Market Expansion/ New Markets: Developing new markets and new areas of business growth looking for business opportunities with the channel partners for more extraction and addressability.
  New business development from existing and new customers.
• Secondary Role Agronomist Support
• Managing Field trials & data analysis
• Customer testimonial collection
• Liasoning with with government agencies
• Responsible for farmer trainings
• Provide agronomist support in assigned territory.
• Planning & conducting of the training program.
• Close working at farmer level
• Conducting farmers Meeting & dealer training programme.
• Responsible for the business targets of the territory
