Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Export documentation & Banking Executive to manage and streamline Post-Shipment export documentation & banking operations related to export transactions. The role involves handling international trade documentation, liaising with banks for export lodgments, realisation & EDPMS closure, ensuring compliance with trade regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Bachelors degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. A diploma/certification in Export-Import Management is a plus.
• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in export documentation and banking field.
• Strong knowledge of post-shipment export documentation and banking processes.
• Familiarity with INCOTERMS and Letters of Credit (LC).
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems used in export documentation or SAP.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
