Location - Kolkata (New Town Office)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify target customer segments and develop localized marketing communication for these products to reach them effectively.
2. Manage the dealership's online presence, including the website, social media accounts, and email marketing.
3. Conduct market research to identify customer preferences, trends, and competitors' service offerings.
4. Work closely with the service department to understand service offerings, customer needs, and service quality. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, especially for upselling service packages.
5. Usage of CRM systems to prepare marketing campaigns, generate leads, track customer response, and nurture customer relationships.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels and protect the dealership's reputation through positive messaging and customer-focused campaigns.
Qualifications and Competencies
Market & Competition Analysis: A deep understanding of the industry, market trends and competitors' activities and identifying trends.
Marketing Proficiency: Expertise in developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital and traditional media.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Knowledge of CRM systems to manage customer data and develop strategies for customer retention.
Brand Management: The ability to maintain brand consistency and enhance the dealership's reputation through positive messaging and consistent branding.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for conveying marketing messages clearly and effectively.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
Qualification: College, university, or equivalent degree in sales, marketing, technical or a related subject required,
BBA/MBA degree in Sales & Marketing preferred.
Experience:
Min 4-7 years of relevant work experience required.
Key Performance Indicators:
X% ROI on Marketing & Marcom activities
No. of Marketing & Marcom activities performed against target. Quantity of potential customers acquired through marketing efforts.
