Manager - International Sales & Marketing (Export)

Role & responsibilities

• Finding the right buyers for Confectionary products internationally.
• Use modern mechanisms, databases, and some business portals to find the right buyers call them introducing them about organization and product portfolio
• Develop and implement market plans and strategies for the organization's products and services to meet organization sales targets internationally.
• Prepare Profit margin sheets and Sales forecast sheet and research on a present Competitor product, price, analysis and making Price Matrix as per research, analysing our product position in the current market before introducing our new product.
• Calculating cost sheet for export, and discuss with overseas clients about commercial terms, pricing, quality, quantity & send samples to discuss the mode of payments, depends on FOB, CIF, C&F, negotiation, and closure independently and getting POs from buyers.
• Attending trade international show/Exhibited promote or represent our product, giving PPT Presentation, Identifying and exploring new markets & tapping profitable business opportunities and enabling business growth
• New product development by analysing current market trends, penetrate new product into new markets by generating sales - crafting & presenting effective proposals, sending samples, analysis report, quotes, & follow up.
• Coordinate & negotiation and closure independently, co-ordination with (CHA) for customs clearance, (FF)freight forwarders for freight, ECGC officials, (GIC) marine insurance agents, IMC) Indian merchant chambers. Coordinate with factory manager for production and try to get work done from him on time.
• Developing and managing a network of Importers, distributors, Super stockiest in the domestic and

international market is a concern, build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their need.

• Developing and implementing sale strategies for accelerating growth with sustained profitability in line with the Annual Business Plan (ABP). Handling complete P&L for designated countries and clients
• Analyze sales and stock availability in each region/territory and monitor secondary and tertiary sales on a weekly/ fortnight basis. Improve distribution depth and good visibility
• Managing and coordinating with the factories for timely production and dispatch of the good
• Timely shipments to buyers make sure to get all shipping documents to include all required certificate to clear the cargo and arrange final payment,

Preferred candidate profile

ACADEMIC

A Bachelor Degree (or Equalent) from a reputed university

Graduate /Post Graduate Degree in Logistics /Supply chain Management from a recognised University or Engineering

• 10+ Years of Experience in FMCG International Sales & Marketing
• Strong Team Player and Good communication
• Exceptional Organization and Analytical Skills
• Good Liaoning Skills with internal and external stake holders

Good in Computer Knowledge
