Export and Import Documentation & Logistics Manager

We are trading company looking for experienced person to handle the Export and import documentation for our existing products, namely minerals, chemicals, plastic resins, ferro alloys, and mineral sands.

The person should have thorough knowledge of all aspects of imports and exports procedure and documentation with at least 10 years of relevant post qualification experience.

Key skills

- Managing export documentation, arranging shipments, generating Bills of Lading, tracking import and export shipments, High seas sales, Bonded Warehouse sales, import duty and taxation, import payments, import LC opening, Export LC negotiations, arranging port clearances and warehousing and liaison with agencies including foreign suppliers, key Indian customers, CHA, banks, shipping lines, insurance, transporters and chambers of commerce etc.

- Should be skilled at International communications across different time zones.

Candidate profile

- Candidates with graduate degree thru correspondence need not apply.

- Graduates and post graduates from good institutions and public school/convent education shall be preferred.

- Fluency in spoken n written English and interpersonal skills are non-negotiable pre-requisites.

- A suitable experience of at least 10 years is desirable.

- Relevant experience in Exim TRADE and full knowledge about every aspect of foreign trade and imports.
