Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare pre-export shipment documentation, including export invoices, packing lists, and letters of credit.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain necessary documents for exports (e.g., commercial invoice, certificate of origin).
  
• Manage post-export shipment documentation, ensuring timely submission of documents to customs authorities.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulations regarding export/import procedures, duties, taxes, and other relevant laws.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all export transactions.
