Job Description
This is a unique leadership opportunity for an analytical, creative, and experienced individual to make a big impact on Gartner s client experience as part our Global Product Management team. Our mission is to create effortless, customer-centric, habit-forming digital experiences that enable clients to solve their mission critical priorities. We are looking for an impact-driven, self-motivated problem solver to lead a team of product managers and partner with engineering team, data scientists and designers to build and improve Gartner s customer experience platform.
What you will do:
- Understand customer needs and pain-points through qualitative research, quantitative analysis and synthesize into product opportunities
- Serve as product owner and lead a scrum team of data scientist, engineers, business analyst, and designers
- Prioritize projects and features based on impact and alignment with the team s long-term goals and strategy.
- Design, build, launch and assess product iterations and build upon the learnings.
- Analyse MVP and experiment data and synthesize into findings and actionable insights
What you will need:
- Bachelor s Degree required; MBA (or equivalent) will be a plus
- 3-5 years of overall experience, 2+ years of experience in digital product management
- Demonstrated ability to translate qualitative and quantitative analysis into actionable business strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of business, data science and technical stakeholders.
- Strong working knowledge of lean product principles and software development lifecycle
- Outstanding project management skills (projects involving internal and external stakeholders) with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
- Ability to work in a culture that thrives on feedback and seeks opportunities to stretch outside your comfort zone, with bias for action and shipping
