Role & responsibilities

Will be primarily responsible for assisting the Human Resource Department in Recruitment and Post Recruitment activities :

Talent Acquisition :

Recruitment :

Understanding complete Recruitment Plan

Sourcing of CVs

Screening of CVs

Conducting Preliminary round of interviews

Coordinating with the functional heads for arranging further round of interviews

Coordinating with candidate for final selection processes

Rolling out Offer Letter

Post Recruitment :

Imparting Induction to all new hire's

Doing proper Documentation

Coordinating with Labour Consultant for ESIC Registration

Making and maintaining Personnel Files of all new hire's

Preparing HRMIS

Must be a FEMALE Graduate having experience mainly into Recruitment / Talent Acquisition area

Must be aware with various kind of sourcing channel

Must be having Excellent Communication Skills
