  • Establish sales methodology on premium and functional platform.
  • Maximize project profitability and returns.
  • Closing deals with Anchor store and big retail outlets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales management process reducing business risks.
  • Develop various channels to reach the targeted customer segments.
  • Finding and negotiating leases with tenants, managing their contracts, and marketing available spaces.
  • Deep knowledge of Gurgaon market.
  • Provide suitable consultation to customers while addressing their needs.
  • Ensure sales, customer service and commercial processes adhering to financial and legal control parameters.
  • Develop and implement a framework for customer queries and complaints.
  • Develop and implement process to capture market information and changing customer preferences.
  • Track key trends in the market, analyze and communicate their impact to the management.
  • Develop network and build relationship with local channel partners.
  • Working closely to ensure that all parties are in agreement and that all necessary documents are properly prepared and completed.

  • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or Sales strongly preferred
  • 15+ years experience in leasing, property management, sales or real estate highly desired.
  • Excellent communication and closing skills.
  • Strong understanding of property management concepts and issues.
