Relationship Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :
Clubs is an audio chatroom platform where users come and engage in love audio format with all users.
The role is to help our top users with the best experience on the platform.
You will manage the top users of the clubs and be responsible for their retention.
You will establish and manage relationships to drive user spending & engagement of the user on clubs.
You will connect with them and make strong user relationships with these users on WhatsApp or any other platform.
You will understand user needs and make an action plan to provide them with better services to upsell.
Requirements:
Fluent in English and Hindi, both written and spoken
2 years experience as a VIP Relationship Manager for English/Hindi audio live streaming services or in similar roles in other industries
Demonstrates a high level of integrity in the professinal domain.
Process-oriented person, who is able to work in operations while following up on the SOP
Empathy to understand top users' issues and resolve them in an effective manner-
Proficient in MS Excel (or Google Sheets) and MS Word (or Google Docs)
Ability to analyze the implications of online communications and messages.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in the native language.
Strong Analytical and Logical Reasoning skills.
Attention to detail, good observational skills, and problem-solving.
