Senior ServiceNow Developer (5-10 yrs)

Role Description :

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior ServiceNow Developer at Galleon Consultants. The Senior ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, software development, programming, and object-oriented programming (OOP) tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow applications, including workflows, integrations, and custom scripts.

- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to ServiceNow implementations.

- Perform unit testing and system integration testing to ensure the quality of deliverables.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Stay current with the latest ServiceNow best practices and technologies.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our ServiceNow development processes.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.

- Proven experience in back-end web development and programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python).

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are a plus.
