Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Content Manager for our Global Human Resources Shared Services (GHRSS) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in people management, stakeholder engagement, and resource allocation. This role requires proficiency in Articulate 360, the ability to manage a team of 10+ professionals, and expertise in creating dashboards and conducting course reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ content developers and instructional designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and content strategy.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources to meet project deadlines and ensure the delivery of high-quality content solutions.
• Content Development: Oversee the creation and maintenance of engaging and effective learning content using Articulate 360 and other relevant tools.
• Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain dashboards to track content performance, learner engagement, and other key metrics.
• Course Reviews: Conduct regular course reviews to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance content development and delivery.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and other departments, to ensure content meets the needs of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Education, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
• 8-9 years of experience in people management, with a proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 and other e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Experience in resource allocation and project management.
• Ability to create and interpret dashboards and analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
