Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities

* Sourcing profiles through various job portals

* Screening and conducting initial interviews, identifying the right candidates.

* Collaborating and coordinating with different stakeholders

* Salary negotiation and making an offer.

* Ensuring Background Verification documents are submitted on time

* Maintaining recruitment MIS for analysis and reporting purposes

* Adhering to Recruitment TAT, policies, etc while hiring

Preferred candidate profile

* Any graduate with excellent interpersonal skills

* Atleast 4 years of experience in Recruitment

* Experience in BFSI / Finance hiring is preferred

* Should be comfortable working from office

* This will be a Contractual role which can be eventually extended or moved to permanent roles depending on performance. (This is not a third party contract)

* Should be based in Mumbai
