Hr Executive And Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

• Sourcing potential candidates through online company career portals, recruitment sites, job boards, social platforms
• Evaluating applications and screening candidates via calls or emails, as well as facilitating pre-interview assessments.
• Creating candidate profiles & visa applications in HRU
• Assist in any additional support required in recruitment activities.

Administration

• Update personal files of employee with all relevant documents and update employee information in the system as and when required.
• Prepare Joining Documents for all new hirings.

• Manage employee personal files
• Follow up with the employees on attendance discrepancies.
• Addressing employee grievance to resolve them or raise to the concerned HoD

Payroll

• Process additions, deductions and adjustments required for monthly payroll.
• Handling and consolidating employee leaves, time and attendance.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback on queries and solutions to complaints pertaining to payroll.
• Manage Employees Exit Formalities such as Separation, Employee clearance, Exit Interview and Final Settlement

Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in human resources management, or similar.
• Minimum 3-6 years of recruitment coordination or related administrative experience
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Customer-focused with experience interacting with clients/executives at all levels
• Must be a collaborative, team player with initiative and drive and results-driven
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
