Role & responsibilities
1.HR Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies to align with business objectives, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.
2. Recruitment and Selection: Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and offer extensions.
3. Contract Labour Administration: Knowledge of Contract Labour Act & Compliance
4. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
5. Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
6. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
7. Administrative Operations: Oversee administrative functions, including facility management, travel arrangements, and vendor management.
8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including labor laws, tax laws, and health and safety regulations.
9. Reporting: Provide HR and administrative reports to senior management, including metrics on employee turnover, training, and benefits.
10.Update and maintain records of ISO and MDR audit.
