Production / SCADA Supervisor

Role & responsibilities :

Production Supervision: Oversee the production process, ensuring efficient workflow, and meeting production targets.

2. SCADA System Management: Supervise the SCADA system, monitoring production data, and identifying areas for improvement.

3. Quality Control: Ensure high-quality standards are maintained throughout the production process.

4. Team Leadership: Lead and supervise a team of production operators, providing guidance, training, and support.

5. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve production issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.

6. Process Improvement: Implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

7. Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of production, quality, and SCADA system data.

Preferred candidate profile :

Knowledge: Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and SCADA systems.

Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
