Territory Channel Manager- Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handling Last-Mile Delivery business of Indore, Madhya Pradesh state for Dharma Life
• Responsible for P&L of the district, forecast monthly/quarterly product delivery, identify new business opportunities, new Micro Finance Instituition (MFI) partner acquisition and drive Last-Mile Delivery business
• Manage Team of field officers and drive Last-Mile Delivery , coordinate with channel partners to meet business goals, educate them about product portfolio and services offered
• Lead a team (Enterprise Leaders), recruit & train them for performance, motivate & retain.
• Network set-up of Micro Finance Institution (MFI) Branch, Identify and explore new channels, partnership opportunities to enhance market penetration and reach, aligning product loaning at partner MFI branches, appointing Stockiest, inventory set up
• Monitor the performance of team to ensure efficiency in business operations, meeting of individual and group Monthly and Quarter targets.

Skills and Qualification required:

• Knowledge & Experience of MFI Business
• Experience of sales is required
• Prior experience of direct sales , preferably FMCG or Consumer Durable sales would be a plus
• Prior experience from similar background -MFI, social /rural development sector and working with rural communities
• Experience of engaging with different MFI Partners.
• Strong geographical knowledge and connect; Should be able to speak local language
• High performing multi-tasker.
• Lead by example approach in handling team; proven track record of having previously built and lead successful team.
• Good experience in using MS Excel and creating reports.
• Good communication and analytical skills; ability to understand business model, potential challenges and inputs for improvement.
• Strong interpersonal skills and temperament suitable for relationship handling with different stakeholders

Travel Requirement

The candidate must be willing and ready to travel to all the blocks assigned in the region as per the Business requirement.
