Job Overview. About the Role. As a Workday HCM, Security, & Integrations Administrator at Gainsight, you will be a technical expert supporting and enhancing Gainsights Workday platform. Youll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including People Operations, IT, Payroll, Benefits, Finance, and HR, to ensure seamless system performance, secure integrations, and efficient business processes.
This role offers growth opportunities to develop into a subject matter expert (SME) as the team expands.
Key Responsibilities. Workday Configuration & Administration:. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HCM, integrations, and security configurations.
Recommend and implement enhancements to existing Workday business processes (e.g., â"Change Jobâ" workflows).
Support security audits by reviewing and maintaining roles, permissions, and audit trails.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and improve HR workflows and processes.
Integrations:. Manage integrations with external systems (e.g., payroll, benefits, expenses, IT platforms) and troubleshoot related issues.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all integrations.
Reporting & Analytics:. Develop custom and standard reports using Workday Report Writer and other tools.
Provide actionable insights to stakeholders through ad hoc reporting and analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:. Partner with HR Business Partners, IT, and other departments to understand system requirements and recommend best practices.
Act as a key point of contact for Workday-related questions and training.
Future-Ready Expertise:. Stay updated on Workday releases and features, assessing their potential value for Gainsight.
Contribute to the long-term growth and scalability of the Workday platform.
Required. Key Qualifications. 6â"“8 years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
Expertise in HCM, Integrations, and Security administration.
Strong understanding of calculated fields, business processes, and integration security.
Proven ability to collaborate across functions and communicate effectively in a multicultural, cross-level environment.
Preferred. Workday PRO-HCM Certification or similar certifications is highly desirable.
Experience in configuring and enhancing Workday modules, such as Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence, Performance, and Payroll.
Metrics for Success. Reduction in business process enhancement backlog.
Timely resolution of integration or security-related issues within SLA.
Completion of security audits and implementation of recommended updates.
Positive feedback from internal stakeholders on Workday processes and support.
