The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across specific categories.

1. Category Expertise

Possess knowledge or prior experience in at least one of the following categories:

• Leisure
• Healthcare
• Fashion
• Automobile
• Beauty
• Fitness
• Electronics
• Property/Real Estate
• Finance
• Daily Essentials
• Home Décor
• Education

2. Team Management

• Lead and manage a team effectively to achieve sales targets and deliver high performance.
• Motivate and guide the team to meet individual and collective goals.

3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Utilize CRM tools to manage client data, track sales performance, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Analyze client needs and market trends to develop tailored strategies for business growth.

4. Sales Growth

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned categories.
• Create and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals.

5. Client Engagement

• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
• Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Field sales, preferably in the mentioned categories.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Salary : 7LPA + Incentives
