Role & responsibilities
• Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and research.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns they may have.
• Sales Presentations: Present company products or services to prospective clients, demonstrating their benefits and value.
• Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations and close sales, ensuring deals are beneficial for both the company and the client.
• Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline update
Preferred candidate profile
• Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions.
• A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
